We’re proud to have received a Highly Commended recognition in the Office Category of the 2024 Philips Dynalite Partner Awards for our lighting control work at Gate 8, a high-performance office development by H.CO Property.
bluebottle was engaged to deliver a comprehensive lighting control solution across the base building and tenancies, integrating seamlessly with the building management system (BMS), as well as MSI, KODE, AV, and façade systems.
Using Philips Dynalite as the foundation, we implemented a scalable, centralised solution featuring scene control, energy monitoring, daylight harvesting, and remote access via System Manager. Our commissioning process ensured fine-tuned control across over 10,000 BMS points, supporting long-term operational efficiency and a seamless user experience.
