bluebottle recently delivered a comprehensive zencontrol DALI 2 system for the entire 205 North Quay tower, a state-of-the-art $275 million commercial office development in Queensland, recently completed. This building prioritises wellness and subtropical integration, and we were thrilled to contribute to its vision.
Working alongside our client Perigon, we implemented a full DALI 2 solution that manages both house and tenant areas. This included an integrated government fitout across the entire tower, encompassing the auditorium, end-of-trip facilities, basement carparks, and podiums. Our system enhances the building’s monumental open-air lobby, gardens, and river views, complementing its naturally conditioned and welcoming environment.
This project showcases cutting-edge sustainable design, notably contributing to Brisbane’s first targeted 6-Star Green Star energy-efficient building through features like daylight harvesting to tenant floor perimeters.
