Our scope covered both the base building and tenant fitouts, deploying Philips Dynalite across all lighting zones with tailored scene setting, sensor automation, daylight harvesting, and advanced scheduling. Integration extended beyond lighting, connecting seamlessly with third-party systems including BMS (10,000+ points), MSI, KODE, AV, and façade lighting via Pharos—ensuring complete visibility and control.
To meet the client’s needs, we carried out detailed system design, rigorous testing and commissioning, and delivered comprehensive training and documentation to support ongoing management. The System Manager platform provides real-time energy monitoring, dashboard visualisation, and remote access,delivering long-term performance and sustainability.
The project was recognised with a Highly Commended award in the Hotels category of the 2024 Dynalite Partner Awards, acknowledging its depth of integration, energy efficiency, and lighting control excellence.
