bluebottle has been recognised in the Smart Building category at the KNX Awards for our work at 435 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
The project involved delivering the KNX control solution across the base building and Commonwealth Bank fit-out, integrating lighting control, automated blinds and building management systems to support a more efficient, flexible and responsive workplace.
The building’s innovative solar skin façade and integrated building technologies demonstrate how coordinated control systems can contribute to building performance, energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
