Museum of Economic Botany

bluebottle supplied additional lighting for ‘Tails from the Coasts: Nature Stories of Singapore’, an exhibition of 200-year-old watercolours at the Museum of Economic Botany in the Adelaide Botanic Garden.

For an exhibition centred on detailed historical artworks, considered lighting plays an important role in how the collection is experienced. bluebottle supplied CAN 30 fittings with Soraa PAR30 lamps, together with Global Trac, providing focused illumination for the exhibition.

The Museum of Economic Botany has a long history of presenting exhibitions that connect art, nature and science. The new lighting was integrated with the existing Ljusdesign installation within the museum, supporting the exhibition while respecting the character of the historic space.
