435 Bourke Street, Melbourne

bluebottle is delivering a lighting control system for 435 Bourke Street, one of Melbourne’s most significant new commercial developments, designed around sustainability, efficiency and long-term performance.

Working alongside client Appselec, we’ve delivered a large-scale ABB KNX lighting control solution for the base building and Commonwealth Bank workplace fit-out, providing the flexibility and intelligence required for a next-generation environment.

Developed by Cbus Property and designed by Bates Smart, the 47-level tower combines premium workplaces, leading sustainability outcomes, and  hospitality by the Lucas Collective. Its photovoltaic façade generates renewable energy on-site, supporting the building’s all-electric design and commitment to net zero operational carbon.

Through intelligent lighting control, we help create more adaptable, efficient spaces that support the performance goals of buildings designed for the future.
