bluebottle SA has recently completed the supply and commissioning of the Dynalite lighting control system for the base build at 60 King William Street, as well as fitouts with Services Australia, Telstra & NAB.
Developed by Charter Hall, and working alongside Menco electrical, Built and Lucid—this development aims to target a 6-star Green Star rating, a 5-star NABERS Energy Rating and WELL Platinum certification.
Built on Kaurna land, 60 King William is Adelaide’s largest future-focused precinct, designed to elevate the human experience, invigorate the senses, and unlock wellbeing and possibilities.
