bluebottle is pleased to announce the delivery of the Australia Post tenancy fitout at 480 Swan Street Richmond. With the supply and commission of state-of-the-art smart fixtures—we were able to successfully blend innovation and technology.
This saw the integration of sensors and fixtures with DALI tunable white drivers, alongside the Zencontrol lighting control system.
This project highlights the best of sustainable design, incorporating daylight harvesting for energy saving and circadian lighting to support wellbeing. With fixtures not only lighting up this tenancy—they also monitor their own energy consumption, meeting Part 252 of the DALI2 standard.
These bluebottle implemented systems maximise natural light usage and contribute to a greener workspace with a reduction in power intake. Whilst the circadian lighting supports natural biological rhythms, promoting better focus and energy levels amongst employees.
480 Swan Street designed by Cox Architecture and delivered by Charter Hall, will reach a targeted 5.5 star NABERS rating and 6 star Green Star. It is the first all electric building to be developed in Melbourne’s fringe.
